Kirsten and Derek visited Victoria last week since he already had to go to Vancouver for school. They’ve been dating for almost a year and I think it’s awesome when people get professional photos taken early in the relationship. It’ll be fun to look back on as the relationship evolves. Plus, you get to be […]

Julia and Alex renewed their wedding vows last month at Beacon Hill Park with their adorable girls, Daphne and Iris, in attendance. They wanted some fun family photos taken afterwards while they were all dressed up. Their girls are fiercely independent and love to explore on their own and with their folks. All four of […]
I met Angela and Cody back in 2014 when Angela’s sister Shannon got married. Now it’s their turn, in less than a month from now. We managed to squeeze in some engagement photos a couple of weeks ago at Beacon Hill Park and Clover Point. It was fun hanging out with these two cuties and […]
Rachel and Ty visited Victoria for their third wedding anniversary. We met up at Beacon Hill Park for a little session. Rachel is also a photographer in Puyallup, Washington, which always makes me a bit nervous, but it ended up being a fun time. She totally understood why I chose the locations I did, despite […]
I did a mini session for Rhonda and Adrian’s daughter Brittany and her boyfriend James last year. She liked it so much, she bought a session for her parents. For some reason, I was expecting an older couple, but these two are clearly not old. They were really cute together and Adrian loves to wrap […]
Kelsey and Jon wanted some portraits done in their new city for Christmas. We met at Beacon Hill Park shortly before sunset. There was frost on the ground when I got there and kids pulling sheets of ice out of the pond, but Kelsey and Jon didn’t let the cold get to them. I was […]
Rob and Emily came out to my last mini sessions of the summer, which just so happened to be perfect timing for some maternity portraits. They seemed super excited about their first baby and I think it shows in these photos.
Chelsea and Jonny came out for my last set of mini sessions for the summer, at Beacon Hill Park. These two are very good at smiling at the camera, and smiling at each other too.
Eric proposed to Amanda on a cruise to Alaska, and they stopped by Beacon Hill Park for an engagement mini session on their way through Victoria. Eric felt a little awkward, though Amanda was a natural in front of the camera, but I think the photos turned out really cute.
Here’s the last mini session from Sunday at Beacon Hill Park. Brittany and James have been dating since their early teens, and they’re pretty adorable together. The pink fire sky was starting to show by the end of their session. Book your own summer mini session in Victoria.
