Couple Portraits Posts 1
Below are blog posts featuring couple portraits, engagement sessions, anniversary photos and documentary photo sessions featuring couples. Most take place in Greater Victoria, BC, which is a great location for portraits due to it’s beautiful beaches, mountain views, and stunning gardens.
I like to focus on capturing natural expressions and real emotion in my portrait sessions, so I lightly pose couples and direct them using prompts and conversation. Some of these sessions are partially or totally candid, which is a great way to document an important part of your relationship (ex: walking your dog, hanging out at a favourite cafe or pub, doing a hobby together).

Kieron and Katie are Engaged
Katie and Kieron waited until the weekend before their wedding (this coming Saturday) to do their engagement mini session because they were hoping to avoid the rainy winter weather. Well, it rained. And we all got pretty cold and wet, but at least we got some pretty photos out of it.
