Did a couple shoot with my friends Lauren and Andreas last week in Beacon Hill Park (the usual place, it seems).  They got married earlier this year, which I sadly missed due to international flight fatigue.  They’re such an adorable couple and so matchy matchy, with the same brown hair, blue eyes, and great smile.

Headed out to Goldstream Provincial Park on Sunday afternoon to shoot a trash the dress session with Stephanie and Steve. Trashing the dress is basically a bridal shoot with no limits, since the dress doesn’t have to be worn later on. It doesn’t have to involve actually wrecking the dress, but it certainly can. Steph’s dress mostly got dirty and wet, nothing a little dry cleaning won’t take care of. She was such a great sport about it all, getting into the water near the waterfall and staying there for many photos. Thanks to Kelly for helping with some ideas and helping Steph get in the water and to Phil for assisting me with quick lens changes and great lighting setups.
