Took some senior portraits of Katie and Hannah last weekend. I was so tired when I met them at the Breakwater at 8am, but it was all worth it for that great morning light. These girls are amazingly gorgeous and full of life. I love these photos so much. Sorting through them to pick out my favourites was painful.
Then we headed off to the rail yard and Roundhouse and the girls broke out their party dresses.
We made a bit of a nuisance of ourselves at the skate park, but I’m sure the boys didn’t mind too much.

Melissa Shelby: I want a pair of kelly green pumps and a cool dress to wear them with! What a great idea! I never thought of doing a senior shoot with two best friends. My best friend and I would have been all over this when we graduated from HS. Beautiful, fun way to capture the friendships of high school!
Lara Eichhorn: Melissa, I want them too! It was their idea to shoot together (well, I suggested she could bring a friend or parent if she wanted). I think they had a lot more fun together than they would have alone. And it makes for such great moments.
